ETNA...AND WEST OF YOST ALONG THE IDAHO BORDER. STRONG GUSTY
WINDS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ...BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL MAY
ACCOMPANY SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS.
