SACRAMENTO VALLEY...THE NORTHERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY...THE CLEAR
LAKE BASIN AS WELL AS THE DELTA REGION TONIGHT.

MOTORISTS WILL ENCOUNTER LOCAL AREAS OF DENSE FOG WITH LESS THAN A
QUARTER MILE HIGHWAY VISIBILITIES AT TIMES. USE EXTRA CAUTION WHEN
ENTERING THE FOG ZONES THAT WILL LIKELY INCREASE LATER TONIGHT
INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

SLOW DOWN...INCREASE VEHICLE FOLLOWING DISTANCES AND PLAN ON
