* TIMING...CLEAR SKIES WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO FALL TO FREEZING
  OR COLDER AFTER MIDNIGHT. TEMPERATURES AT OR BELOW FREEZING ARE
  EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH 10 AM AKDT SUNDAY.
