ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING. THE
HIGH WIND WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* EVENT...A PASSING STORM SYSTEM IS BRINGING SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO
  35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 55 MPH ACROSS THE SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS
  PANHANDLE.

* TIMING...THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH 6 PM CST

* IMPACTS...LIGHT WEIGHT ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ADEQUATELY SECURED
  WILL BE DISPLACED. STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING MORE
  DIFFICULT ON NORTH-SOUTH ROADWAYS.
