* WINDS...WEST AT 30 TO 40 MPH. GUSTS UP TO 65 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL BEGIN INCREASING EARLY SATURDAY MORNING
  AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY.

* IMPACTS...THE STRONG WINDS MAY MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT
  ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON NORTH-SOUTH ORIENTED
  ROADS.
