develop. Expect areas of dense fog to expand across the area
before daybreak, then dissipate by mid-morning.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued
a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM EDT this
morning.

* LOCATIONS...The Foothills and Western Piedmont of North Carolina
  and much of Upstate South Carolina and Northeast Georgia.

* VISIBILITY...One quarter mile or less at times.

* IMPACTS...Limited visibilities will make travel very difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
