...Strong South Winds Expected Over the Mississippi River Delta
and far west Tennessee Tonight...

.South winds will increase and produce strong gusts in advance of
an approaching line of thunderstorms this evening. The strong
winds will persist into the overnight hours, but may be more
variable in areas of showers and thunderstorms.

...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 AM
CDT SATURDAY...

* WINDS...south winds of 15 to 25 mph...with gusts 30 to 40 mph.

* TIMING...from 9 PM CDT Friday through 7 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...High profile vehicles will find difficulty in
  driving...especially on east to west oriented highways. Loose
  outdoor furniture and items will be vulnerable to the wind.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 25 to 39 mph are
expected...or gusts will range between 40 AND 57 mph. Winds this
strong can make driving difficult...especially for high profile
vehicles. Use extra caution.
