ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM MST THIS MORNING.

* AFFECTED AREA...SOUTHERN GILA COUNTY...INCLUDING GLOBE.

* VISIBILITY...AS LOW AS A QUARTER OF A MILE IN SOME AREAS.

* TIMING...FOG LASTING THROUGH 10 AM.

* IMPACTS...LOW TO NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY IN DENSE FOG WILL CREATE
  EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY FOR MOTORISTS
  TRAVELING ALONG HIGHWAYS 60 AND 188.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...

  DRIVING IN THE PHOENIX METRO AS WELL AS ALONG INTERSTATES 8 AND 10
  OUTSIDE OF THE PHOENIX METRO.
