OKLAHOMA...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...EAST TEXAS...AND NORTH LOUISIANA
FROM 6 AM TO 6 PM CST MONDAY...

.THE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL TIGHTEN MONDAY MORNING BEHIND THE
PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT...AND WILL RESULT IN STRONG AND GUSTY
NORTHWEST WINDS ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...
EAST TEXAS AND NORTH LOUISIANA THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY. NORTHWEST
WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH BY DAYBREAK...WITH GUSTS TO
35 TO 40 MPH BY MIDDAY. THESE VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST
THROUGHOUT THE AFTERNOON AND GRADUALLY BEGIN TO DIMINISH AROUND

  THE ENTIRE FOUR STATE REGION...BEHIND THE PASSAGE OF A COLD
  FRONT WHICH WILL MOVE ACROSS THE ENTIRE REGION IN THE MORNING.
  NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH BY DAYBREAK...WITH
  GUSTS TO 35 TO 40 MPH BY MIDDAY. THESE VERY WINDY CONDITIONS

  THEIR VEHICLES WITHIN THEIR TRAFFIC LANE IN THESE VERY GUSTY
  NORTHWEST CROSS WINDS.
