10 PM CDT...

.A tight pressure gradient associated with the movement of
Tropical Depression Cindy will produce strong and gusty winds of
15 to 25 MPH with higher gusts through mid-evening.

The National Weather Service in Shreveport has cancelled the Lake
Wind Advisory.

Conditions are becoming less favorable to support winds of 20 mph
as Tropical Depression Cindy weakens.

...LAKE WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS
EVENING...

* EVENT...Sustained winds between 15 and 25 mph with higher gusts
  associated with Tropical Depression Cindy will be possible
  across North Louisiana through mid-evening evening.

* TIMING...Through 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACT...Boaters should exercise caution on area lakes and
  waterways due to rough chop, which can capsize small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
