.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN OFFSHORE WATERS...
A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY BUILD IN TO THE NORTH AND A
LIGHT TRADE WIND WEATHER PATTERN IS EXPECTED TO RETURN ACROSS THE
OFFSHORE WATERS. THE RIDGE WILL MOVE SOUTH TO A POSITION JUST NORTH
OF THE MAIN HAWAIIAN ISLANDS TOWARD THE WEEKEND AS A WEAK FRONT
MOVES INTO THE NORTHWEST WATERS.
