.SYNOPSIS...A 995 mb low near Nunivak Island and a 994 mb low
over Kodiak Island will weaken and elongate into a 1000 mb low
pressure system stretching from near Eagle in the interior to
Bristol Bay. High  pressure will build east over the Chukotsk
Peninsula beginning  late tonight and on Monday and will produce
small craft level  winds through the Bering Strait and over the
eastern Bering Sea.
