.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stalled front extending northeast
off of the Carolina coast continues to weaken tonight, as high
pressure builds over the mid-Atlantic. Weak high pressure will be
in place on Thursday, with low pressure developing over the mid-
Atlantic states Friday. This low will move northeast from the
mid-Atlantic states Saturday, and a cold front will slowly move
south over the waters Saturday and Sunday. The front stalls off
of the South Carolina coast by Monday as a weak low develops
along the front. High pressure once again builds over the mid-
Atlantic waters behind the front late Sunday into Monday.
