.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pres ridge
will build across the outer waters today, persist tonight through
Mon night, then shift SE Tue and Tue night. A weak cold front
will move SE across the area Wed and Wed night. A low pres trough
near the S Oregon coast will persist tonight through Sun night,
then weaken Mon and Mon night.
