HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A STRONG FRONT WILL
APPROACH THE AREA EARLY TONIGHT...THEN CROSS THE WATERS LATER
TONIGHT INTO FRI. A STRONG LOW WILL WEAKEN AS IT MOVES E AND
APPROACHES THE WASHINGTON WATERS FRI NIGHT INTO SAT...THEN MOVE
OFF TO THE NW SAT NIGHT. ANOTHER STRONG LOW WILL MOVE N OVER THE
WATERS SAT NIGHT INTO SUN...THEN DRIFT SE ACROSS THE SRN WATERS
SUN NIGHT AND MON WHILE WEAKENING. THE LOW WILL PULL A STRONG
COLD FRONT OVER THE WATERS SAT NIGHT AND SUN. A HIGH PRES RIDGE
WILL MOVE E ACROSS THE WATERS LATE MON NIGHT INTO TUE NIGHT.
ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL MOVE E AND APPROACH THE REGION LATE TUE
NIGHT.
