becoming mostly cloudy. Lows 12 to 22. Northwest winds around 60 mph
with gusts up to 80 mph decreasing to around 50 mph with gusts up to
65 mph after midnight. Wind chill values as low as 5 below after
midnight.
.THURSDAY...Cloudy. Highs in the mid 20s. Northwest winds around
