.DISCUSSION...THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER INDEX WILL RANGE FROM THE LOW
TO MODERATE CATEGORIES TODAY. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE
OVER PARTS OF THE BLACK HILLS AND SOUTHWESTERN AND CENTRAL SOUTH
DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH TEMPERATURES ON THE PLAINS WILL RANGE FROM
THE UPPER 70S TO THE MID 80S. THE MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS
EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 22 TO 32 PERCENT. NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS
WILL PREVAIL OVER MOST OF THE AREA AT 10 TO 15 MPH.

ON THURSDAY...THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER INDEX IS EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM
THE LOW TO MODERATE CATEGORIES.
