MOUNTAINS THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

.STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS AND VERY DRY CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS IN PORTIONS OF ORANGE COUNTY...THE
INLAND EMPIRE...AND THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY MOUNTAINS THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY WITH
WEAKENING WINDS.

* HUMIDITY...FALLING TO 8 TO 15 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...THROUGH 6 PM THIS AFTERNOON.

* OUTLOOK...WINDS WILL START TO WEAKEN AND HUMIDITY WILL START TO
  INCREASE TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT START MAY EXHIBIT RAPID GROWTH AND
  EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR.
