...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT THIS AFTERNOON FOR GUSTY WINDS AND
LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR SOUTHERN CAMPBELL COUNTY...

.Very warm and dry weather will occur today, with minimum
relative humidity values around 13 percent. The dry weather
combined with southwesterly winds of 15 to 20 mph and gusts up to
30 mph will create critical fire weather conditions across
southern Campbell County in northeastern Wyoming this afternoon.

THIS EVENING FOR LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND GUSTY WINDS FOR FIRE
WEATHER ZONE 259...

* Affected Area...Fire Weather Zone 259.

* Winds...Southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Relative Humidity...As low as 13 percent.

* Temperatures...In the lower 70s.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low relative
  humidity values will produce critical fire weather conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
