NORMAL...BUT NO FLOODING IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

WISCONSIN RIVER AT CASTLE ROCK DAM...THE FLOW THIS MORNING WAS
14707.00 CFS. FLOODING BEGINS AT 30000 CFS. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO
REACH 17500.00 CFS TODAY...WHICH IS BELOW FLOODING LEVEL. FLOWS
WILL BEGIN FALLING ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
