Skies were partly to mostly cloudy overnight. Low temperatures
ranged from 24 degrees at Fort Knox to 29 degrees at Bowling Green.

This afternoon under sunny skies temperatures ranged from the lower
40s south to the upper 30s north.

Tonight a warm front will move across the Commonwealth ahead of an
area of low pressure with a trailing cold front that will sweep
across the region Wednesday morning. Tonight expect mostly cloudy
skies with a chance of light rain and a slight chance of freezing
rain. Low temperatures will fall back to around 30 degrees. On
Tuesday rain is likely with a chance of thunderstorms in the late
afternoon continuing into the evening. One to two inch rainfall
amounts can be expected by late Tuesday night. There is a good
