AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN ACROSS THE REPUBLIC OF PALAU AND
WESTERN YAP STATE BETWEEN 4N AND 11N FROM 130E TO 139E...AND ALSO
ACROSS EASTERN YAP STATE WITHIN 105 MILES OF A LINE FROM 5N141E TO
9N150E. CONVERGING SOUTHERLY WINDS SOUTH OF THE SURFACE TROUGH ARE
PRODUCING SIMILAR CONDITIONS NEAR CHUUK BETWEEN 5N AND 14N FROM 152E
