40 MPH WIND GUSTS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

THIS STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  PHILIPSBURG AND NORTH PHILIPSBURG AROUND 630 AM EDT.
  BLACK MOSHANNON STATE PARK AROUND 640 AM EDT.
  SNOW SHOE...CLARENCE...MOSHANNON AND PINE GLEN AROUND 650 AM EDT.
