INCLUDING THE CITIES OF...ARLINGTON...ELK MOUNTAIN

WESTERLY WINDS WILL GUST 40 TO 50 MPH TONIGHT IN THE NORTH SNOWY
RANGE FOOTHILLS. THIS INCLUDES PORTIONS OF INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN
LARAMIE AND RAWLINS...SUCH AS ARLINGTON AND ELK MOUNTAIN. IN
ADDITION TO THE GUSTY WINDS...PATCHY BLOWING SNOW IS POSSIBLE
WHICH MAY RESULT IN SLICK AND ICY ROADWAYS.

THE WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ADVISES NO LIGHT TRAILER
TRAFFIC DUE TO WIND SPEEDS ABOVE 50 MPH. THESE WINDS MAY CAUSE
LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL OR A BLOW OVER TO HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES
TRAVELING EMPTY OR WITH A LIGHT LOAD. DRIVERS OF SUCH VEHICLES ARE
ADVISED TO DELAY TRAVEL. BLACK ICE ADVISORIES HAVE ALSO BEEN
POSTED BY WYDOT. SLOW DOWN AND USE EXTRA CAUTION IF TRAVELING
THROUGH THIS AREA.
