...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR YOUNG...EASTLAND AND STEPHENS
COUNTIES UNTIL 1130 PM CDT...

At 1042 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Bomarton to 9 miles west of Fort Griffin
to 8 miles south of Baird. Movement was east at 50 mph.

Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail will be possible with
these storms. Thunderstorm outflow winds will likely precede any
rain or small hail.

Locations impacted include...
Graham, Breckenridge, Eastland, Cisco, Olney, Ranger, Gorman,
Necessity, Gunsight, Crystal Falls, Newcastle, Carbon and Us-
180 Near The Shackelford-Stephens County Line.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so closely monitor for additional
information or possible warnings from the National Weather Service in
Fort Worth.

central and north central Texas.
