AT 510 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 8
MILES SOUTH OF ELK RIVER...OR 12 MILES NORTH OF OROFINO...MOVING WEST
AT 10 MPH.

HALF INCH HAIL...HEAVY RAIN AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
OROFINO...ELK RIVER...DENT...TEAKEAN AND AHSAHKA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF ON OR NEAR DWORSHAK...GET OUT OF THE WATER AND MOVE INDOORS OR
INSIDE A VEHICLE. REMEMBER...LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE OUT TO 15 MILES
FROM THE PARENT THUNDERSTORM. IF YOU CAN HEAR THUNDER...YOU ARE
CLOSE ENOUGH TO BE STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. MOVE TO SAFE SHELTER NOW. DO
