The next storm system will bring a variety of weather to portions
of central Wyoming by Monday afternoon. Rain showers in the
afternoon and evening followed by rain mixed with snow and wet
snow showers after midnight as winds turn north and colder air
moves in. Generally anywhere from a trace to 2 inches inch could
be found across grassy areas by noon Tuesday with 2 to 4 inches
over the higher terrain of the area including Beaver Rim, the
Green Mountains and Casper Mountain.

The next storm system will bring a variety of weather to portions
of southern Wyoming Monday morning. Rain or snow showers in the
morning changing to all rain in the afternoon followed by rain
mixed with snow and wet snow showers by late evening as winds
turn north and colder air moves in. Generally anywhere from a
trace to 2 inches inch could be found across grassy areas by noon
Tuesday with 2 to 4 inches over the higher elevations south of
Interstate 80.

Bighorn Mountains West-Bighorn Mountains Southeast-

Snow is expected to develop across the Bighorn Mountains
Monday afternoon and continue into Tuesday. Snowfall amounts of 3
to 8 inches, locally higher, will be possible over the mountains
above 7000 feet by Tuesday evening. Stay tuned for further updates
as this storm draws closer. Travel over the mountains will likely
become slick, slushy or snow covered Monday night.
