...AREAS OF FOG THIS MORNING...

FOG IS BEING REPORTED THROUGH THE NEW RIVER VALLEY THIS
MORNING...LOCALLY DENSE NEAR THE NEW RIVER. THERE HAVE BEEN SOME
REPORTS OF PATCHY DENSE FOG ALONG INTERSTATE 81 FROM MILE MARKER
101 TO 114. THIS FOG WAS REDUCING THE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN A
QUARTER MILE.

FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH SUNRISE...THEN BEGIN TO DISSIPATE.
UNTIL THE FOG LIFTS...PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN REDUCTIONS IN
VISIBILITY IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITHIN THE NEW RIVER VALLEY EARLY
THIS MORNING.

FOR YOUR SAFETY...PLEASE USE YOUR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND SLOW
DOWN. WHEN SLOWING DOWN BELOW THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT...PLEASE
USE YOUR HAZARD...4-WAY FLASHERS...TO ALERT OTHER VEHICLES OF
YOUR PRESENCE ON THE HIGHWAY.
