  EXTENDING FROM 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HARPER...TO 7 MILES NORTHEAST
  OF WAKITA...TO NEAR JEFFERSON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 60 MPH.

  HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS.
