FRIDAY. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3
PM CST FRIDAY.

* EVENT...OCCASIONAL LIGHT SNOW IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE WESTERN
  PANHANDLES TODAY. ANY ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH THIS EVENING
  ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW ONE INCH. ANOTHER ROUND OF HEAVIER
  SNOW WILL IMPACT THE AREA LATE TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY
  AFTERNOON...WITH ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES WITH
  LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS APPROACHING 6 INCHES ARE EXPECTED DURING
  THIS TIME. WIND CHILL VALUES OF 5 DEGREES BELOW ZERO TO 11 DEGREES
  BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED.


* TIMING...OCCASIONAL LIGHT SNOW WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE THROUGH
  THIS EVENING. SNOW WILL THEN INCREASE IN INTENSITY AFTER
  MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...AND CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY
  AFTERNOON. WIND CHILL VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP BELOW 5 DEGREES
  BELOW ZERO BY MIDNIGHT AND PERSIST THROUGH THE LATE MORNING HOURS
