* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...AN AREA OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL
  OVERSPREAD THE REGION LATE TONIGHT... GENERALLY BETWEEN 2 AND 6
  AM. TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY RISE ABOVE FREEZING TUESDAY
  MORNING... BUT PATCHES OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN ARE EXPECTED TO
  CONTINUE THROUGH ABOUT 10 AM... PARTICULARLY OVER THE HIGHER
