...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 4 PM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of
  around one tenth of an inch are expected.

* WHERE...Clearfield and Northern Centre Counties.

* WHEN...Rain will overspread the region late tonight. The rain
  will likely change to freezing rain around dawn, mainly over the
  higher terrain north of interstate 80. Any freezing rain will
  likely change back to light rain or drizzle by afternoon, as
  temperatures rise.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice may result in difficult travel
  conditions, including during the morning commute on Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts Pennsylvania

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 4 PM
EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Snow accumulations ranging
  from nothing near interstate 80, to between 2 and 3 inches near
  the New York border. Ice accumulations of one tenth to two
  tenths of an inch are expected, with the highest amounts over
  the high terrain near interstate 80.

* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 4 PM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The mixed precipitation will result in
  difficult travel conditions, including during the morning
  commute on Thursday.
