WEATHER ADVISORY FOR MIXED SNOW AND SLEET MIXING WITH FREEZING
RAIN...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM TUESDAY TO 4 AM EST
WEDNESDAY.

* LOCATIONS...NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL MOUNTAINS...LAUREL
  HIGHLANDS

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND SLEET CHANGING TO FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF UP TO 1 INCH...FOLLOWED BY
  UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN MID TO LATE TUESDAY MORNING...MIXED
  WITH SLEET OVER THE LAUREL HIGHLANDS. PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGE
  TO FREEZING RAIN IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH
  LATE TUESDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
 EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

EFFECT FROM 3 PM TUESDAY TO 4 AM EST WEDNESDAY.

* LOCATIONS...SOUTH CENTRAL AND CENTRAL MOUNTAINS....LOWER TO
  MIDDLE SUSQUEHANNA RIVER VALLEY.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW MIXING WITH SLEET...THEN CHANGING TO
  FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF AROUND 1 INCH...FOLLOWED BY
  A TRACE TO UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE.

* TIMING...SNOW AND SLEET WILL DEVELOP BY MIDDAY...AND QUICKLY MIX
  WITH AND CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN. A COMPLETE CHANGEOVER TO RAIN
  IS LIKELY OVER MUCH OF THE SOUTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS AND LOWER
  SUSQUEHANNA RIVER VALLEY
