* TIMING...LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOWFALL WILL CONTINUE THIS
  EVENING...BUT COVERAGE AND RATES WILL START TO DIMINISH AFTER
  MIDNIGHT.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW AMOUNTS OF TWO TO FIVE INCHES CAN BE
  EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH CAN BE
  EXPECTED THROUGH SATURDAY. VISIBILITY MAY DROP BELOW ONE MILE
  AT TIMES THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT.
