WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...AND BITTER COLD WIND
CHILLS...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO 11 PM MST
SATURDAY.

* TIMING...LATE THIS EVENING THROUGH LATE SATURDAY EVENING.

* MAIN IMPACT...LIGHT SNOW WILL BEGIN FROM NORTH TO SOUTH THIS
  EVENING. SLEET OR FREEZING RAIN MAY MIX IN INITIALLY BUT WILL
  QUICKLY FLIP TO ALL SNOW. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2
  INCHES ARE EXPECTED. NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS
  TO 35 MPH MAY CREATE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. SNOW COVERED
  ROADS WILL ADVERSELY IMPACT TRAVEL.

* OTHER IMPACTS...GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH ARCTIC
  TEMPERATURES TO PRODUCE WIND CHILLS BETWEEN 15 AND 25 BELOW.
  FROSTBITE CAN OCCUR WITHIN 30 MINUTES TO THOSE NOT ADEQUATELY
  DRESSED FOR THESE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS. EXPECT IMPACTS TO
