* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4-8 INCHES IN THE VALLEYS AND 10-15 INCHES
  MOUNTAINS.

* PEAK WINDS...SOUTH 15 TO 30 MPH GUSTING TO 50 MPH IN THE
  VALLEYS, 30 TO 40 MPH GUSTING TO 60 MPH MOUNTAINS.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP TO 1/4 MILE OR LESS
  DUE TO BLOWING SNOW. IF TRAVEL IS NECESSARY, BE PREPARED FOR
