MINNESOTA BEFORE TAPERING OFF. WHILE ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS
SHOULD BE AN INCH OR LESS...GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO
LEAD TO AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND ATTENDANT
