   BEFORE GRADUALLY DIMINISHING TONIGHT. THIS WILL CONTINUE TO
   LEAD TO WHITE-OUT CONDITIONS ALONG M-28 EAST OF MARQUETTE
   THROUGH THIS EVENING. AWAY FROM LAKE SUPERIOR... PATCHY
