...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM THURSDAY TO 9 AM
MDT FRIDAY ABOVE 6500 FEET...

* Impacts/Timing: Periods of moderate to occasionally heavy snow
  are expected Thursday morning through early Friday. Roadways
  above 6500 feet will likely experience road conditions
  fluctuating between snow packed and wet throughout the period.
  This will lead to changeable, potentially hazardous driving
  conditions.

* Snow accumulations: Generally 2 to 5 inches, localized totals
  over 8 inches.

* Locations impacted include: Lost Trail Pass, Bannock Pass,
  Williams Creek Pass, Highway 28 Tendoy to Lone Pine, and Lemhi
  Pass.
