...Dangerous Wind Chills Expected Tonight...

.Bitter cold arctic air has settled in across the Mid-State and
even a light wind will result in wind chills between minus 5 and
minus fifteen degrees for the rest of this morning.These are
dangerous wind chills, so please limit exposure as much as
possible.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills will
  cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
  Expect wind chills to range from minus five to minus fifteen
  degrees.

* WHERE...All of Middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...Now to noon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
