  AMOUNTS ON WEST FACING SLOPES.

* WINDS...RIDGETOP WINDS MAY GUST TO 80 MPH FROM THE SOUTHWEST
  OVERNIGHT BEFORE DIMINISHING.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN OVERNIGHT. THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE
  THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING THEN TURN SHOWERY LATE THURSDAY NIGHT.
  SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY MORNING BEFORE
  DIMINISHING.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW ON AREA ROADS WILL CREATE WINTER

  THE AREA BY EARLY THURSDAY. THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
  THURSDAY AFTERNOON THEN TURN SHOWERY IN THE EVENING. SNOW
  SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY MORNING BEFORE DIMINISHING.

* WINDS...GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS LOCALLY
  GREATER THAN 50 MPH WILL DEVELOP AROUND MIDNIGHT TONIGHT AND
  PERSIST THROUGH MIDDAY THURSDAY BEFORE DIMINISHING.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW ON AREA ROADS WILL CREATE WINTER
  DRIVING CONDITIONS. THIS INCLUDES ALL MAJOR ROUTES ACROSS THE
  GREAT SALT LAKE DESERT AND MOUNTAINS. BLOWING SNOW MAY REDUCE
  VISIBILITIES AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY ALONG INTERSTATE 80 WEST OF
  SALT LAKE CITY...INTERSTATE 84 NEAR SNOWVILLE...AND STATE
  ROUTE 30 ACROSS FAR NORTHERN UTAH
