  8000 FEET...OVER 2 FEET POSSIBLE NEAR THE PEAKS.

* WINDS...SOUTH 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 50 TO 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SNOWFALL WILL CREATE DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS IN
  THE MOUNTAINS DUE TO SLICK ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITY. ROAD
  RESTRICTIONS OR CLOSURES MAY BE NEEDED. THIS INCLUDES KYLE AND
  LEE CANYONS IN THE SPRING MOUNTAINS AS WELL AS STATE ROUTE 160
  NEAR MOUNTAIN SPRINGS. IN INYO COUNTY THIS INCLUDES TOWNE PASS
  ALONG HIGHWAY 190 IN DEATH VALLEY NATIONAL PARK AND WESTGARD
  PASS EAST OF BIG PINE.
