STORM WARNING FOR LOCAL BLIZZARD CONDITIONS...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON AKST SATURDAY. THE WINTER STORM
WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* SNOW...1 TO 4 INCHES ACCUMULATION...HEAVIEST ON ST
  LAWRENCE ISLAND.

* BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES IN
  BLIZZARD CONDITIONS.

* WINDS...EAST 35 TO 50 MPH...STRONGEST ON ST LAWRENCE ISLAND

* TIMING...STRONG WINDS AND LOCAL BLIZZARD CONDITIONS DEVELOPING
  ON ST LAWRENCE ISLAND THIS EVENING AND CONTINUING THROUGH NOON
  SATURDAY. STRONG WINDS AND LOCAL BLIZZARD CONDITIONS DEVELOPING
  ON THE BERING STRAIT COAST SATURDAY MORNING AND CONTINUING
  THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS THAT THERE IS A POTENTIAL
  FOR ONE OR MORE SIGNIFICANT WINTER WEATHER HAZARDS. TRAVEL AND
  OUTDOOR ACTIVITY WILL BE DIFFICULT. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS MAY

WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM
MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 AM AKST SATURDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS
NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATION...ALONG THE COAST.

* SNOW...WITH UP TO 2 INCHES ACCUMULATION.

* BLOWING SNOW...COULD REDUCE VISIBILITY TO ONE HALF MILE OR LESS
  AT TIMES.

* WINDS...EAST 25 TO 35 MPH.

* TIMING...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AROUND
  MIDNIGHT TONIGHT AND END BY EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITY MAY BE DIFFICULT.
