Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
438 AM CST Wed Feb 21 2018

.DISCUSSION...While warm and moist conditions persist today across
much of the region, chances for showers and storms will increase
as a cold front begins to move into the region. This will bring
multiple rounds of showers and scattered storms to locations
mainly west of the Natchez Trace Parkway today and Thursday.
Scattered showers and isolated storms will be possible across the
remainder of the region during this time, i.e. mainly eastern
portions of the area. Patchy fog is possible both this morning,
and again Thursday morning, primarily over Southeast Mississippi.
