.DISCUSSION...Rain bands around Cindy will affect the region through
Friday night. There will be some risk of some locally heavy wetting
rains which will hinder any kind of fire weather operations. Rain chances will continue through the
weekend. Fog is not expected for this morning or Friday morning.
