.DISCUSSION...The arrival of drier air behind a cold front today
will allow for afternoon minimum relative humidity values in the
40 to 50 percent range through early this week. Generally light
northeasterly winds are anticipated over the next few days. Fog
development is not expected today or tomorrow.
