This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southeast
Arkansas, northeast Louisiana, central Mississippi, north central
Mississippi, and south central Mississippi.

.DAY ONE...Tonight and Monday

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday night through Saturday

Light snow is expected beginning late Monday night across the
ArkLaMiss Delta and spreading across central Mississippi and
northeast Louisiana during the day Tuesday. One to two inches of
snow are possible along and north of a line from Winnsboro
Louisiana to Rolling Fork Mississippi to Winona. Difficult travel
conditions are possible in this area as roads may become snow
covered. South of this line, a dusting to one inch of snow is
possible.

Dangerous cold with hard freeze conditions and single digit wind
chill values are expected Tuesday through Thursday. Overnight lows
will fall well into the teens and daytime highs will remain near
or below freezing. The highest potential for this will be along
and north of the Interstate 20 corridor Tuesday night and lasting
well into Thursday morning. Some hard freeze conditions are
possible into south of the Interstate 20 corridor but highs may
briefly rise above freezing. This is extremely dangerous cold and
will threaten life and property and any sensitive infrastructure,
especially exposed pipes.
