SOUTH OF A LINE FROM MEADVILLE TO MAGEE TO QUITMAN...COULD PRODUCE
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH OR A BRIEF TORNADO. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA...WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. THIS COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED
