WEAK DISTURBANCE PROGRESSES NORTH THROUGH THE REGION. FLASH FLOODING
IS POSSIBLE IN ISOLATED LOCATIONS THAT EXPERIENCE SHORT TERM RAINFALL
AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF A FEW INCHES.
