            THIS TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN NEAR SCHAMBERVILLE LN WHERE IT
            CAUSED ROOF DAMAGE TO A HOME AND SNAPPED TREES. THE
            TORNADO CONTINUED NORTHEAST THROUGH COLLINSVILLE WHERE IT
            CAUSED SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO SEVERAL HOMES. THE TORNADO
            CONTINUED NORTHEAST INTO KEMPER COUNTY WHERE IT DESTROYED
            A MOBILE HOME AND SNAPPED AND UPROOTED NUMEROUS TREES.
            THE TORNADO DISSIPATED NEAR KIPLING ROAD WHERE IT SNAPPED
            A FEW MORE TREES. PATH LENGTH...21.4 MILES. MAXIMUM
            WIDTH...ONE HALF MILE. EF2 WITH 125 MPH PEAK WIND.
