...NOAA ALL-HAZARDS RADIO TRANSMITTERS IN BUDE AND CARTHAGE
EXPERIENCING INTERMITTENT AUDIO...

NOAA All-Hazards Radio station KIH-48, transmitting out of Bude
on a frequency of 162.550 MHz, as well as NOAA All-Hazards Radio
station KJY83 transmitting out of Carthage on a frequency of
162.500 MHz, are experiencing intermittent or static audio. We
have contacted the telephone company to work on restoring quality
audio.

During the outage, persons across the listening area will need to
tune to commercial radio or television outlets for the latest
weather information.
