...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN FRANKLIN AND
CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTIES UNTIL 530 AM CST...

At 457 AM CST, Meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm
over Mccall Creek, or 15 miles west of Brookhaven, moving northeast
at 25 mph.

Dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  West Lincoln around 505 AM CST.
  Vaughn around 515 AM CST.
  Caseyville around 520 AM CST.
  Loyd Star around 525 AM CST.
  Brookhaven around 530 AM CST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious
injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors
during such strong winds...and be especially aware of older trees.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
