NORTHEASTERN RICHLAND AND NORTHEASTERN FRANKLIN PARISHES IS
CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for
northeastern Louisiana...and west central Mississippi.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN EAST CARROLL...NORTH CENTRAL TENSAS...CENTRAL
MADISON AND CENTRAL WEST CARROLL PARISHES...

At 928 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Alsatia, or 12
miles north of Tallulah, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe storm will be near...
  Omega, Transylvania, Alsatia, and Sondheimer around 935 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include
Richmond.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
