Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
320 AM CDT Wed Jul 26 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Expect only isolated midday through afternoon showers and
thunderstorms today, limited mainly to central and eastern
portions of MS. Otherwise, a bit of patchy fog and low clouds
will be around through 8 am or so with skies mostly clear to
partly cloudy for the most part thereafter. Winds will be
generally light from the northwest through southwest with
temperatures hot and conditions humid. The heat will
increase at least marginally fog tomorrow. No major fire
weather concerns through the next two days, although transport
winds may be marginal to allow for controlled burns over
this period.
